Essential Requirements:

• Passionate, friendly, and knowledgeable approach to hospitality management
• Outstanding people skills with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of wine and the vibrant Sydney restaurant scene

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar management role
